- Provide primary support for the college’s Blackboard LMS environments, including patches, bug fixes, and updates
- Coordinate LMS activity by acting as a liaison between multiple departments
- Analyze, integrate and maintain interdependent connections between Blackboard and other enterprise systems
- Work with internal and external partners to plan for and address LMS issues
- Provide support to additional educational technologies within Blackboard, i.e., Kaltura, Tegrity, Blackboard Collaborate, etc.
